The Application includes AI-powered features, including an AI assistant inspired by the tone, mindset, and principles of Maureen Koepke (“AI Features”).
When you use AI Features, we may collect, store, process, review, and analyse your messages, prompts, responses, uploaded content, feedback, and related conversation history (“AI Chat Content”). AI Chat Content may remain linked to your account.
We use AI Chat Content to provide the Application, maintain conversation history, personalise responses, remember context, improve quality and safety, provide support, debug issues, prevent misuse, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations.
AI Chat Content may be processed by automated systems, authorised personnel, contractors, and third-party service providers, including AI model providers such as OpenAI. Access to AI Chat Content is limited to people and providers who need it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
This means your AI conversations are not private in the same way as a personal diary, therapy session, or conversation with a licensed professional.
You should not submit information you do not want us or our service providers to process. This includes highly sensitive information such as medical, mental health, legal, financial, sexual, religious, political, biometric, criminal, or child-related information, unless you choose to provide it and understand that it may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.
AI-generated responses are provided for informational, educational, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. AI Features do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, therapeutic, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
We may remove, restrict, review, report, or disclose content where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, third parties, the public, or Loved By Her LLC, or where required by law.
